To apply as an Engineering Trainee, you should possess the following requirements:
- The right of abode in Hong Kong. Alternatively, PRC Nationals who are eligible to work in Hong Kong under the new immigration policy are welcome to apply
- Degree in Engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or Air Transportation
- High standard of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a definite advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team-leading abilities
- Possess creativity and strategic thinking
- Strong passion on airplanes
