This 33-month programme focuses on providing an all-round exposure to engineering functions together with personal development geared towards each individual. Degree holders in an engineering discipline are invited to apply.
Engineering Trainees are exposed to Technical Services, Maintenance Support, Planning, Inventory Operations, Quality Assurance and Procurement. Trainees also have a chance to gain valuable experience overseas at our outports, and are given significant hands-on experience at our main engineering facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, China. The comprehensive nature of this programme makes it a valuable aid towards bringing up our trainees to become aviation professionals adaptable to our dynamic environment and critical to our success.
