What kind of person can make a difference in someone's life? This is the person who can apply oneself to others’problems. Qualities such as patience, flexibility, helpfulness, kindness, openness and above all, empathy, are most required. The ability to cope with unexpected situations – such as weather emergency, cancelled flights, misplaced luggage and wayward children, without losing patience while remaining pleasant and courteous is of utmost importance. We help you develop your skills through comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training as well as a range of role-playing exercises.
