From the time passengers check in and board till the moment they collect their luggage, this special role involves providing the highest level of dedicated, personal service. Our fast-paced, multicultural environment requires people who are outgoing and customer-oriented.

A Customer Services Officer is our immediate point of contact with our customers, whether it involves greeting an arriving flight at the gate, running computerized check-in, or helping passengers make a tight connection. What you most need in order to succeed in this position are people skills – the ability to understand our customers' needs and the capability to respond quickly and solve their problems.

The airline industry offers a truly dynamic and exciting environment to work in. The Hong Kong International Airport is open round the clock and handles over 600 arrivals and departures each day. Our Customer Services Officers are definitely among the busiest people at the airport.
