Engineering undergraduates who are in the penultimate year can join our Industrial Trainee Placement Programme during their summer vacation. This programme allows undergraduates who have a zeal for aviation to obtain practical working experience in a global aviation leader, Cathay Pacific Airways while at the same time, provides an opportunity to explore future career possibilities in aviation engineering.

With a satisfactory performance during the training period and a good degree pass, Industrial Trainees has an advantage to be considered as Engineering Trainees.

To apply as an Industrial Trainee, you should possess the following requirements:

• Right of abode in Hong Kong. PRC nationals who are eligible to work in Hong Kong under the new immigration policy are welcome to apply
• Undergraduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer, Information or Aeronautical Engineering, Air Transportation, or Industrial/Systems Management
• High standard of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a definite advantage)
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
