To apply as an Engineering Trainee, you should possess the following requirements:
- The right of abode in Hong Kong
- Alternatively, PRC Nationals who are eligible to work in Hong Kong under the new immigration policy are welcome to apply
- Degree in either Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Computer/Information or Aeronautical Engineering; Air Transportation; or Industrial/Systems Management
- High standard of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a definite advantage)
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team-leading abilities
- Possess creativity and strategic thinking
