If you are seeking an exciting and challenging career in aviation engineering, look no further than our comprehensive Engineering Trainee Programme. This 30-month programme provides exposure to all our engineering functions and is open to degree holders in an engineering discipline.
Initially, trainees are placed in the area most related with their academic degree and background, and later acquire broad exposure and practical experience in Technical Services, Maintenance Support, Planning, Inventory Operations and Procurement. Trainees also have a chance to gain experience overseas at our outports, and are given significant hands-on experience at our main engineering facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, China.
