 | When you begin working with us as a Customer Services Officer, we initially post you at the "airside" to meet and greet our arriving flights, and help our senior staff handle boarding and other gate duties. You will learn how to make boarding announcements professionally and in accordance with our exacting standards. You will also learn how to become an ambassador for the Company and for Hong Kong while getting acquainted with various technical operations. |
If you have fully developed your customer service skills within 9–12 months of airside duty, you then move to the "landside". Here you will learn more about technical duties, such as how to run computerized check-in procedures. You will need to be well organized and detail-oriented in order to get our passengers to the gates on time.
If you consider yourself to be the right person for a career in customer services, you can expect to achieve a supervisory position in five or six years.
A typical career path might be:
Customer Services Officer – Service Leader – Supervisor – Manager On Duty | |
