| Second Officer Career Path |
The Company recruits pilots for a full career including promotion to Command. On Date of Joining (DOJ), crew are given a seniority number at the bottom of the common Aircrew Seniority List.
Upgrades from Second Officer to Junior First Officer and First Officer to Captain are subject to a selection panel assessment, in order of seniority.
The Company offers permanent Outport bases to Officers holding the rank of First Officer or above, subject to vacancies being available. |
