Meet and Greet Cathay Pacific staff will welcome and pick up group passengers at airport. Service is available for both inbound and outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free for all classes. Confirmation is required three weeks prior to departure date for inbound passengers and two weeks for outbound passengers. Minimum number of people in group: 10 for Economy Class. (First and Business Class are negotiable)
Pre-Check-in and Seat Allocation Pre-Check-in allows group passengers to check in faster and more easily.

Pre-arranged seating for group passengers upon request.

Service is available for both inbound and outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free for all classes. Confirmation is required 10 days prior to departure date. All group passengers' names and total number of check-in luggage must be provided in advance.

Minimum number of people in group: 10 for Economy Class (First and Business Class are negotiable)

Special Signage at Check-In Special signage developed at specific counter for Group Check-in Service is available for outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free for all classes. Confirmation is required 10 days prior to departure date. Minimum number of people in group: 50 for Economy Class (First and Business Class are negotiable)
Overprinted Menu Cover Company or event logo can be printed on the cover of inflight menus. Service is available for both inbound and outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free for all classes. Confirmation is required four weeks prior to departure date. Service is only available for selected routings.

Minimum number of people in group (First Class): 5
Minimum number of people in group (Business Class): 10
Minimum number of people in group (Economy Class): 20

Client will need to provide Cathay Pacific the artwork for printing.

Inflight Welcoming Message Special welcome message broadcast by flight attendant prior to flight departure. Service is available for both inbound and outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free for all classes. Confirmation is required three weeks prior to departure date. Welcome message should be provided by client or passengers.

Minimum number of people in group: 10 for Economy Class (First and Business Class are negotiable).

Overprinted Headrest Covers Company or event logo can be printed on headrest covers. Service is available for both inbound and outbound group passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Printing cost and details must be confirmed with your local Cathay Pacific office. Printing requires five weeks after receiving the logo file for Business Class, and seven weeks for Economy Class. Service only available for Business and Economy Class.

Minimum order for Business Class: 300 pieces.

Minimum order value for Economy Class: HK$2,000. Client will need to provide Cathay Pacific the artwork for printing.

Yum Sing A series of discounted offers to Cathay Pacific passengers provided by selected service providers.

Discount coupons are mainly for specific purchases in Hong Kong, with some in Macau.

Service is available for inbound passengers on all Cathay Pacific-operated flights. Service is free of all classes.   Cathay Pacific Boarding Pass (within 7 days of arrival in Hong Kong) must be shown together with discount coupon upon purchase. Coupons can be downloaded from our website
