Special Ticketing Guideline Due To the Incident in Mumbai
As a result of the recent incident in Mumbai, with immediate effect, all rebooking / rerouting charges will be waived for all ticket issued worldwide (of all fare types) on or before
26 November 2008 for travel involving Mumbai between 27 November 2008 to 03 December 2008.

- Cancellation / Refund --
No waiver on cancellation or refund charges.
- Rerouting / Rebooking --
Rerouting / Rebooking charges will be waived on conditions that:- Such requests are made on/before 03 December 2008 and before departure, for travel involving Mumbai between 27 November 2008 and 03 December 2008. Passenger who does not show up is not eligible for the waiver.
- Subject to flight availability, revised (new) travel date must be within 30 days from original booking date. The ticket expiry date will therefore be adjusted accordingly.
- The newly rebooked sector must observe and conform to the conditions of the respective fare rule, such as black out dates, flight application, weekend/weekday travel, stopover charges, and applicable seasonalities.
- Re-issuance charges will only be waived in reference to the expiry date of the original ticket.

The ticket re-issuance fee (USD40 or 4,000 Asia Miles) will be waived for rerouting request, provided that the date of confirmed booking falls between 27 November 2008 and 03 December 2008.
