1. What is Mobile Check-In? Mobile Check-In allows you to check in using any mobile device with Internet browsing capability for Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and any eligible onward flights any time anywhere 48 hours up to 90 minutes prior to flight departure |

2. Who can use Mobile Check-In? Mobile Check-In is available to passengers holding eTickets issued by Cathay Pacific Airways or Dragonair and their companion passengers travelling under the same booking. Exceptions are passengers who:

3. What type of mobile device can access Mobile Check-In? Any mobile device equipped with internet browsing capability can access Mobile Check-In. Make sure that your mobile plan includes mobile internet browsing as well as text messaging if you want to receive Check-In Confirmation via SMS and/or email. |

8. What languages are available for Mobile Check-In? Mobile Check-In is currently available in English, Traditional/Simplified Chinese, Korean and French. |

9. Is there a way to save my Mobile Check-In Confirmation? At the end of checking in on mobile, you can choose to save the Check-in Confirmation or choose to receive Check-In Confirmation via SMS and/or email. |

10. Which countries/territories can support Check-In Confirmation via SMS? This service is currently available to mobile phone users in more than 30 countries / territories including: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.

13. Can I cancel my check-in on mobile after receiving the mobile confirmation? Yes, you can cancel your check-in up to 90 minutes prior to departure if you have checked in online or on your mobile. |

14. Why can't I see a barcode on my confirmation page at the end of Mobile Check-In? Currently, passengers holding a ticket of certain fare types, such as Child/Infant; passengers having requested for special services may be required to present in person at the counter before boarding pass can be issued to them. Such passengers will be able to check in but will not see a barcode on their Check-In Confirmation. |
