1. What is CXpecials? CXpecials is an eNewsletter from cathaypacific.com, giving you the latest Cathay Pacific news and special offers. CXpecials subscribers will receive priority notification of special fares, holiday packages and other hot offers. |

2. Who should subscribe to CXpecials? Asia Miles members, registered users of cathaypacific.com and anyone who would like to receive the latest news and offers from cathaypacific.com should subscribe to CXpecials. Please note that members of The Marco Polo Club will receive all news and offers from Cathay Pacific via The Club eNews, hence need not subscribe to CXpecials. Please ensure you have subscribed for that service. |

3. How can I subscribe to CXpecials? If you are already an Asia Miles member or a registered user of cathaypacific.com, you can update your subscription status by logging in the CXpecials Subscription page. |

4. What languages are CXpecials available in? We currently offer CXpecials in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean and French. You can select the language you would like to receive at the time of subscription. For registered users of cathaypacific.com, you can update your language preference under "Preferred Written Language" when you "Update Your Profile". For Asia Miles members, please update your preference at www.asiamiles.com. |

5. I subscribed to CXpecials but did not receive the activation email as mentioned on your website. What should I do? You should receive the activation email in two hours after your subscription. If you did not receive the email, please check and make sure you are not using any bulk mail blocking software that might prevent you from receiving any auto-generated messages, or that the email address you entered was incorrect and hence undeliverable. Should that be the case, please resubmit your subscription. |

6. I subscribed for CXpecials, what should I do if I want to book online? To book online, please register as a user of cathaypacific.com. Registration is easy and quick. What's more, once registered, you can also use our Online Check-In service. |

7. My email address has changed. How can I update my subscription record? For Asia Miles members and registered users of cathaypacific.com, please update your email address under your profile. For general subscribers, you can simply unsubscribe, and subscribe again with your new email address on the subscription page. |

8. How can I unsubscribe CXpecials? To unsubscribe, simply select "Unsubscribe" and enter your details on the Subscription Page. Your record will be removed accordingly. For registered users of cathaypacific.com and Asia Miles member, please log in the CXpecials Subscription page and modify your subscription. |
