We are among the first airlines to have rice cookers, toasters and skillets on board, enabling our flight attendants to prepare freshly cooked rice, toast and eggs to your liking. First Class passengers can also go à la carte and choose their own meals and dine anytime they wish. Hmm, how about having fried eggs, sunny-side up?
Oodles of noodles
What better than a bowl of hot noodle soup to either tie you over or as a meal choice? In First and Business Class on selected routes from Hong Kong, we feature local signature noodle soups.
Snacks on long-haul flights
We keep our galleys stocked full with a variety of tasty treats, from noodle soup, sandwiches to cookies and apples. So the next time you wake up in the middle of a flight, don’t go hungry.Snack items may vary according to season, route and flight class.
Ice cream, just dessert
What better than an ice cream to finish lunch, dinner or supper! On selected long haul routes we feature ice cream as dessert.

Buissonnier Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise 2010 This white Burgundy wine is delicious with characters of grapefruit, lemon and citrus, and hints of honeysuckle. The palate is full and ripe, complemented by a crisp acidity. It is very refreshing with a long, clean finish. It pairs well with most appetizers, as well as white meat dishes. |

Vincent Girardin Puligny-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2008 Puligny Montrachet is a well-known appellation of Burgundy wine, containing some of the most famous vineyards in the world. The nose of this powerful wine is elegantly fruited with rich perfume. The palate is rounded, almost plump with lush, ripe flavours balanced by a well-integrated acidity and a sustained finish. |

Château Branaire-Ducru 2004, 4ème Cru Classé Château Branaire-Ducru is an elegant Grand Cru wine from Saint Julien of Haut Medoc, Bordeaux. It produced a classic, dense and complex 2004 vintage. This wine offers a very pure, fruity nose with a lot of finesse. The palate delivers liquorice, blackberry notes with fine grained tannins. It is delicate with a long finish. |
