Fly'n See Cathay Pacific International Races – from $1,131

A. THE PACKAGES

1. Each eligible ticket entitles the passenger to obtain a racecourse badge to watch the Cathay Pacific International Races 2009.

2. The fares detailed in the offer/promotion are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis. The limited number of seats for the subject fare allocated to a particular flight may be fully booked although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.

3. All bookings must be made before November 27, 2009. Late booking will not be entertained.

Package prices include:

Silver: Roundtrip airfare from the US (SFO/LAX/JFK) to Hong Kong. Ticket to the Hong Kong International Races at Legends, 3rd Floor, Grandstand II at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, December 13, 2009 from 11.30 to 18.00 with full catering plus free admission to Happy Valley Racecourse on Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 18.45 to 23.00 for the Cathay Pacific International Jockeys' Championship with a free beer.

Bronze: Roundtrip airfare from the US (SFO/LAX/JFK) to Hong Kong. Ticket to the Hong Kong International Races in the Members Enclosure at Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, December 13, 2009 from 11.30 to 18.00 with a HK$50 food and beverage voucher plus free admission to Happy Valley Racecourse on Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 18.45 to 23.00 for the Cathay Pacific International Jockeys' Championship with a free beer.

B. ELIGIBILITY

1. For all Cathay Pacific sectors, only flights with "CX" designators and operated by Cathay Pacific Airways are eligible for this promotion. Tickets must be on Cathay Pacific (160) ticket stock.

2. Bookings and be made and tickets issued from now until November 27, 2009. No late bookings will be entertained. All land elements must be confirmed before commencement of the journey. No booking change request will be entertained once the journey has commenced.

3. Tickets are non-endorsable and non-reroutable. Travel date change will be subject to the term and conditions of the fare.

4. The Hong Kong International Races Badge is non-refundable.

5. Child and infant fares are not eligible for the promotion because of the legal requirement in Hong Kong that patrons under 18 years of age will not be allowed into the racecourse.

6. Mileage accrual for flights depends on fare rules associated with the applicable fare and booking class.

7. Passengers can collect their racecourse badge by presenting a full set of air tickets, itinerary receipt or Cathay Pacific boarding pass at the designated counter in Hong Kong International Airport. Location of the designated counter:

Vigor Airport Shuttle Services Ltd. Kiosk B-13, Level 5, Passenger Terminal Building (Opposite Arrivals Hall B)

Located in the Arrival Hall outside the restricted area of Immigration, Baggage Claim and Customs counters.

C. CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Cancellation:

1.Cancellation charge :NON REFUNDABLE.
2.Cancellation after ticket issue, departure or no show: Nil refund

Changes

1. Rebooking: Not permitted.

2. Rerouting: Not permitted.

3. Name change is treated as cancellation.

D. GENERAL

* Use of the racecourse badge is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Any passenger who chooses not to use or forfeits his/her booking of the admission ticket is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.

* The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with Cathay Pacific or any other parties including any third parties.
