Seating accommodation for passengers with a disability
We offer priority seating for passengers with a disability and will do our best to allocate you a seat that is most suitable to your needs. However in order to meet the safety requirements of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, passengers with a disability shall be given a seat in a location where they would not obstruct emergency exits, impede crew in their duties, obstruct access to emergency equipment or hinder aircraft evacuation.
Furthermore, there is no limit on the number of passengers with a disability which may travel on a flight, except to comply with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department safety requirements.
