2. What are lithium batteries? Lithium batteries are common in cameras, laptop computers, mobile phones, portable music players etc. Lithium-ion batteries are rechargeable and lithium metal batteries are non-rechargeable. Please check details for carriage of lithium battery as baggage. |

3. Which lithium batteries can I carry? Lithium batteries over 160 watt-hours or 2 grams each are forbidden in any baggage. Please check details for information about wheelchairs or other mobility aids. |

4. What battery information is required for baggage check-in? Please ensure you have the battery lithium content (watt-hours or grams) and UN test information on hand. 5. How should I pack the lithium batteries? Lithium batteries installed in equipment must be switched off with measures taken to ensure they cannot be accidentally activated when placed in baggage.
