Terms and Conditions

Participant must be a Taiwan resident, who is a user of "Online Booking" service, "Online Check-In"/"Self-Print Boarding Pass" service (1st sector of whole itinerary must depart from Taiwan), or a new subscriber of CXpecials, during the promotional period, and provide a valid email address and related information to enter the lucky draw.
Users of our Online Booking service will automatically be entered into the lucky draw.
After making "Online Booking", using "Online Check-In"/"Self-Print Boarding Pass" services, users must return to this promotional page and go for "Fill in to win great prizes" page, to leave personal information and enter the lucky draw.
The "CXpecials" subscriber will receive an automatic reconfirmation email after sending the subscription request online. The subscriber needs to activate the linkage to confirm the subscription to be entitled to enter the lucky draw.
The winners' names will be published on Cathay Pacific Airways website on 16 December 2009, and winners will be notified by e-mail.
Only one prize will be awarded to each winner.
Cathay Pacific Airways reserves the right to request written proof of identity, residency of any winner before any prize is awarded. The winner's award mailing address is restricted in Taiwan.
Cathay Pacific Airways cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
