Terms and Conditions

All offers are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Ticket :

All bookings must be made AT LEAST 5 working days prior to departure. All flights and hotel bookings must be confirmed before the commencement of journey. No new hotel bookings or change requests will be entertained once the journey has commenced.
Booking is available from now and payment must be collected no later than 11 December 2009. Travel period is between 18 September and 19 December 2009. Last hotel check-out date is 20 December 2009.
Prices listed only apply to passengers traveling on flights after 4:00 PM. A surcharge will be applied if passengers choose to travel on the other flights.
Passengers traveling on flights departing after 4:00 PM need to pay a surcharge of TWD800 each (apply to every paying and non-paying passengers).
Passengers can choose CX or KA flight for return trip from Hong Kong to Taipei or KA flight for Hong Kong – Kaohsiung sector.
Air tickets must be on CX e-ticket stock. The booking class of this package is "Q" class, there is no Asia Miles mileage accrual for flight.
The surcharge for each passengers traveling on "S" class is TWD750. There is no Asia Miles mileage accrual on "Q/S" classes.
Prices do not include Hong Kong & Taiwan airport taxes, Hong Kong security charge, fuel surcharge, passport or visa application fees. Meal (except for the ones listed here), laundry, phone calls, alcohol, soft drink, self-selected tours, and other personal expenses shall be responsible by individuals.
First Class and Business Class flight reservations are not applicable to this offer.
After payment received, if passengers choose to depart on other flights,no refund will be made for further amendment.

Hotel Offer

Prices listed are for 2-days-and-1-night (Group A and B only), 3-days-and-2-nights or 4-days-and-3-nights pattern. Travel complete party must be four passengers traveling together. Booking must be made under the same booking confirmation number. The hotels can accommodate 4 persons sharing 1 room (no extra bed acceptable) except Hotel Jen and Mandarin Oriental Hotel. For Hotel Jen and Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 2 sharing twin rooms will be offered to 4 passengers.
For passengers staying in Disney's hotels, the park tickets will be pick up upon check in the hotel whereas other passengers staying in downtown hotel, the park ticket will be pick up at Vigor counter on arrival.
Passengers are to check-in at the hotel with Cathay Pacific Airways flight boarding pass and valid personal identification document.
In compliance to legal requirement in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by and stayed with parents or guardian to check-in at hotel,otherwise the hotel offer will be forfeited.
There is no mileage accrual for hotel.
The package is for 2-days-and-1-night, 3-days-and-2-nights or 4-days-and-3-nights package, extension or upgrading surcharge is not available.
Use of hotel room and Disney Park ticket is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

Transportation

Complementary transfer between Hong Kong International Airport and hotels is provided by Vigor shuttle service.
Upon arrival Hong Kong International Airport and after clearing custom, passengers are requested to contact Vigor Shuttle Service at counter B13, Arrival Hall, Terminal 1 by presenting their boarding card and E ticket. (Vigor Shuttle Service Tel: (852) 2739 3828).

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is provided by Fubon Insurance Company.
Cathay Pacific Airways Package users are entitled to have TWD 5 million dollars travel insurance coverage, TWD100,000 accidental medical coverage and 24-hour overseas emergency service (not applicable to youngsters under 14 years of age by law).
Legal heir of the traveler will be appointed as the beneficiary according to the travel insurance.

Reservation
- Reservation for hotel accommodation is not available for passengers without confirmed booking.

  - For passengers staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotels can enjoy :
    - One meal coupon to the maximum value of a set meal at HKD62 per person and valid for one time in-park use at designated restaurants. Including Starliner Diner, Comet Cafe, Tahitian Terrace and Clopin's Festival of Foods.
- For passengers staying in Disney's hotels, the park tickets, fast pass and (meal coupon if applicable) will be pick up upon check in the hotel whereas other passengers staying in downtown hotel, the park ticket will be pick up at Vigor counter on arrival.
- Issue of park tickets and admission to the Park are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com and printed on the Park Guidemap. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths and Guest Relations locations.
- The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with Cathay Pacific Airways any other parties including any third parties.
- Any passenger who chooses not to use or being forfeited his/her booking of a hotel stay or park ticket is not entitled to any payment of compensation from Cathay Pacific Airways.

Passport & Visa
- Passengers must travel with a passport bearing validity that exceeds the intended period of stay in Hong Kong no less than 1 month.
- Passenger must arrive Hong Kong within the period stated on the Hong Kong Entry Permit.
- Passenger traveling with a valid "China Entry Permit for Taiwanese" can stay in Hong Kong up to 7 days at the time of transit both to and from Mainland China, without the need of a Hong Kong Entry Permit.

Payment
- Passengers must purchase this package product through appointed travel agency.
- Passengers have to confirm their flights and hotel booking, and pay in full within 5 days prior to departure. Cathay Pacific Airways reserves the right to cancel all confirmed reservation without notice if full payment if not received by then.
- Tour operator may request for early payment settlement due to special local occasions such as New Year festival or other holidays. If travelers cannot meet the condition promptly. Cathay Pacific Airways reserves the right to cancel all confirmed reservation.

After payment fully settled
Amendment prior to departure
- Amendments are acceptable before full payment collection and document issuance.
- Once documents are issued and fees are paid, no further amendment allowed on hotel accommodation, travel date, Hong Kong Disneyland park ticket selection, or departure flight reservation.
Cancellation & Refund
- Once documents are issued and fees are paid, USD50 of amendment fee will be charged per room if passengers cancel reservation more than 7 days before departure(not including the flight departure date). In addition, TWD600 will be charged per person for the processing fee of ticket refund.
- 50% of the package cost will be levied as cancellation charge for any cancellation within 1-7 days before the first flight departure date, in addition TWD600 for processing fee of ticket refund will be charged per person. The package cost includes air ticket related surcharges, but not the related taxes, Hong Kong security charge and fuel surcharge.
- 75% of the package cost will be levied as cancellation charge for any cancellation on flight departure date or no-show, in addition TWD600 for processing fee of ticket refund will be charged per person. The package cost includes air ticket related surcharges, but not the related taxes, Hong Kong security charge and fuel surcharge.

Change of Itinerary
No change can be made to the printed itinerary, unless by the Organizers in accordance with the provisions herein. Unused portions of itinerary and any extension including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, air fare of other items included in the tour, are not refundable.

Special Request
Please note that special requests such as diet preference, room location/type, particular hotel facility, etc. are not guaranteed, In view of a large number of requests, we are unable to advise you before departure if nay of the requests cannot be met.

Brochure Accuracy and Local Conditions
The descriptions of hotel accommodation in this document have been complied based on current information available at the time of printing. However, if we are advised of any renovation work, or unforeseen changes to the information shown within this document, we will endeavour to advise passengers prior to departure. Although every effort has been made to ensure all the information in this document is correct, unforeseen changes may occur. Please reconfirm all information with your travel agent, or Cathay Pacific Airways' reservation office at the time of booking.

Liability
The Organizers, the Travel Agent and Tour Operator shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for:
- Any of the expense, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight.
- any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of changes in the travel programs, routes or timetables, provided that, in the case of such changes which result in a decrease in the cost to the Organizers, an amount equal and limited to such decrease only shall be refunded to the tour participants.
- Any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the tour participant's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit.
- It is also expressly declared that the Organizers, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator act only as agents for the owners contractors providing the means of transportation or other services during the course of the tour. All tickets for such means of transportation or other services are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The tour participants shall be deemed to have consented to further terms and conditions upon acceptance of the ticket.
- The Organizers/ the Travel Agent/ the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damages, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the tour participants, and the property or effect of such tour participants, howsoever caused by such means of transportation or other services.

Force Majeure
The Organizers have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of Act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, flood or storm, strikes, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Organizer which render it necessary in its reasonable opinion that such steps be taken. The Organizers shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from force majeure events mentioned above and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid by the tour participants or any unused portions of the tour to the tour participants in such circumstances. These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of these terms and conditions the English version shall prevail.
