3. The rewards of Elite Program apply only to primary cardmembers who join the program before 31 December 2012. After the primary cardmembers of Elite Program pay the annual fee for the current year and charge at least TWD10,000 on the card within a year from the date of the approval, 15,000 Asia Miles will be credited to the primary card member's Asia Miles account within 6 to 8 weeks.
