VIGOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES (SEAT-IN-COACH) ROUND TRIP TRANSFERS
- This is a door-to-door seat-in-coach transfer provided by Vigot between airport and hotel. On arrival at Hong Kong Airport, after clearing through Customs, please proceed to Vigor Airport Shuttle Services Counter at Kiosk B13 (Arrival Hall at Exit B).
The passenger must present the electronic voucher itinerary and CX arrival boarding pass to the Vigor staff at their counter. Based on their record, Vigor will provide passenger with the return coach transfer.
Please reconfirm with Vigor staff your return coach transfer back to airport before you board the coach)

PRICES
- Prices are valid from now to 11 December 2009, and are subject to change by our office without prior notice.
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, on per person basis, with 3 persons booked and travelling together in a single booking record, and have to travel together on same flights and dates.
- Package prices displayed on our webpage include airport taxes and other charges for 2 paying adults that are correct at the time of printing. 3rd adult needs to pay for the relevant airport taxes and other charges. Package prices are correct as of 20 October 2009 but are subjected to change due to currency fluctuation
BOOKINGS
- Please make your bookings early as flight seat space and accommodation are all subject to availability at the time of booking, and tickets must be issued 10 days after package confirmation or 5 days prior flight departure (whichever is earlier), and for late bookings in December, the last date for ticketing is on/ before 11 December 2009.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
- You must have an international passport valid for at least 6 months from the actual date of arrival in Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific and its agents cannot be held liable for any expenses, reimbursements or refund of the package if you are refused entry into Hong Kong for whatever reasons.
- If visas are required for your travel into Hong Kong, please ensure that it is obtained in advance before departure.
CHECK-IN BAGGAGE (SAFETY WEIGHT LIMIT GUIDE)
- Please note that this information is NOT about check-in allowance. This is a precautionary measure to avoid injury in handling very heavy baggages. (For check-in baggage allowance information, please refer to your air ticket)
- Effective 01Apr04, the maximum safety weight of each check-in baggage will be limited to 32kgs on all Cathay Pacific flights. Exceeding the limit for a single piece of baggage, will require passengers to repack or split the contents into 2 separate bags to ensure baggage is within safety weight limit.
TOUR CONDITION
- ’Hong Kong Disneyland Package’ is a package offered to passengers travelling on Cathay Pacific on a return flight Singapore – Hong Kong – Singapore . Passengers arriving Hong Kong from other cities are not entitled to use this package from Singapore.
- All prices quoted are on per person basis and covers standard room accommodation unless otherwise specified, with 3 persons travelling together and booked together in a single booking record, and have to travel together on same flights and dates.
- In compliance to legal requirement in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must check-in and stay in the same room with their parents or guardian, otherwise the hotel stay will be forfeited.
- Unaccompanied minor travelling alone is not eligible for this offer
- Infant fares are not eligible for this promotion unless they are allowed to occupy the same room with the adult on FOC basis, in which case issue a normal infant ticket.
- The package room nights must be used consecutively from the arrival date into Hong Kong. Last night of stay at the hotel is 19 December 2009, as such passengers need to depart Singapore on 17 December 2009 for 3 nights package and on 19 December 2009 for 1 night package.
- This package cannot be purchased in conjunction with any of our other promotions to Hong Kong like Hong Kong Supercity.
- Passengers who choose not to use or forfeit the hotel stay/ Disneyland park tickets/ transfers or any other benefits provided by the hotel, etc are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific. Besides this offer cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any item with Cathay Pacific or any other parties including any third party.
- The use of hotel accommodation and other package components are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
- Prices quoted and other package components like accommodation, etc are compiled and correct at the time of printing. Cathay Pacific reserves the right to amend the pricing, itinerary or package contents, etc without prior notice.
- Only electronic tickets can be issued for this promotion.
- Package travel is on fixed pattern and extension night option is not available.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required 10 days after package confirmation or 5 working days prior flight departure (whichever is earlier), and for late bookings in December, the last date for ticketing is on/ before 11 December. Immediate payment is required for bookings less than 7 days before departure, upon package confirmation.
CANCELLATION
- Above 14 days before departure: SGD100 per person (all 3 passengers ticketed)
- 14-7 days before departure: SGD300 per person (all 3 passengers ticketed)
- 6-2 days before departure: 75% of package price per person
- 1 day before departure or no-show: 100% of package price per person.
AMENDMENT
Economy Class
- Economy ticket is valid on flight/ date shown, and thus changes are not permitted once air ticket has been issued. (Prior departure from Singapore, we will allow flight change within air ticket validity as long as there are no changes made on the land content, at an amendment fee of SGD75 per person/ per change).
- Any other request for package changes will involve cancellation charges above.
- Once travel has commenced, all changes are not permitted.
FLIGHT NO SHOW FEE
- Passengers who don’t turn up at the airport for the booked Singapore/ Hong Kong flight will be required to pay a no show fee of SGD150 per person, in order to travel on the next available CX flight to Hong Kong (on the same day/ date as the no show flight booked).
- But if rebooking is for future dates, then the package cancellation and amendment fee will apply.
REFUND
- There will be no refund for any unused air ticket, accommodation, transfers, and added benefits accorded by respective hotels, etc, either in part of full.
- Any refund appeal for packages cancelled prior departure, please refer to our cancellation charges above.
LIABILITIES EXEMPTION AND DISCLAIMER
- It is also expressly declared that Cathay Pacific Holidays and/or the travel agents and/or the tour operator act as agents for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services used during the course of the tour.
- All tickets issued for such means of transportation or other services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The tour participants shall be deemed to have consented to such terms and conditions, upon acceptance of the tickets.
- Cathay Pacific Holidays, the travel agents and the tour operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the tour participant or to the property or personal effects of such tour participant, which has been caused by such means of transportation or other services unless caused by the negligence of Cathay Pacific Holidays and/ or the travel agent and/ or the tour operator.
FORCE MAJEURE
- Cathay Pacific Holidays have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, flood or storm, strikes, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Cathay Pacific Holidays which render it necessary in its reasonable opinion that such steps be taken.
- Cathay Pacific Holidays shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events mentioned above and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid by the tour participants or any unused portions of the tour to the tour participants in such circumstances.
