 | Philippe de Gentile-Williams has been Director Service Delivery since July 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the airline’s service both on the ground and in the air. Prior to taking up his current role, he was Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (HK.) Limited. He is now Chairman of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K) Limited and also Chairman of Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. He joined the Swire group in 1988 and had held various positions in Cathay Pacific and other Swire group companies.

 | Nick Rhodes was appointed Director Cargo in August 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of the Cathay Pacific Group's cargo business worldwide, including operations, marketing and sales. He has worked with the Group for more than 28 years, including seven years in the Flight Operations Department. Prior to taking up his current position, Mr Rhodes was Director Flight Operations.

 | Richard Hall took up the position of Director Flight Operations for Cathay Pacific in August 2010 and oversees all aspects of the airlines flight operations. He was General Manager Aircrew from 2008 to 2010, responsible for the safe, effective and efficient deployment of the airline's 2,500 flight crew. Mr Hall has been a Captain with Cathay Pacific since 1993.

 | William Chau is currently Director Personnel. He first joined Cathay Pacific in October 1973 as a Cargo Officer, and has held a number of positions within the airline in the areas of cargo, airport services, and personnel.

 | Joe Locandro was appointed Director Information Technology in August 2012. His responsibilities include the strategic positioning and delivery of the airline’s information management and technology requirements. Prior to joining Cathay Pacific, he held similar roles with various organisations in industries ranging from energy to entertainment.

Prior to taking up his current role, he was Director Cargo from 2008 to 2010. Mr Hogg joined John Swire & Sons in 1986 and had held various positions in Cathay Pacific and other Swire group companies.

 | Chitty Cheung was appointed as Director Corporate Affairs in August 2012. Her main responsibility is to oversee every aspect of the airline’s activities in respect of government relations, corporate communications and environmental affairs. Ms Cheung joined Cathay Pacific as a management trainee in 1987 and has held various senior management positions within the airline, in Hong Kong and overseas. She is also a director of Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd and Chairman of Vogue Laundry Service Ltd.

He joined Cathay Pacific's Engineering Department in 1992 and his previous positions include General Manager Engineering Commercial and General Manager Engineering Technical. Christopher is also a Director of the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd, Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd (HAESL) and Ground Support Engineering Ltd (GSEL). |
