    Conditions

    1.  Valid for tickets issued from now until 11 December 2009.

    2.  Valid for departure from 18 September - 19December 2009
         (Black-out dates for selected fares apply for the following period - 30October - 02November
         and 27-30November 2009.)

    3.  All bookings must be made at least 7 calendar days before commencement of journey.

    4.  Rates are based on departure from Manila on per person basis. For departure originating from Cebu,
         please check with Cathay Pacific Cebu for the applicable package rates.

    5.  Rates do not include taxes. The free package will still be charged the applicable taxes.

    6.  Child/infant's rate not applicable.

    7.  Tickets are restricted to a minimum 1 day / maximum 8 days stay.

    8.  Tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-reroutable.

    9. No change names, flights, hotels and dates permitted once the booking is confirmed and the tickets
         are issued.

   Transfers

   10. Passengers booked for transfers need to present their CX boarding pass and E-ticket to the
         designated counter at the Hong Kong International Airport to redeem the transfers.

    General

   11. Passengers are to check-in at the hotel without vouchers.

   12. Use of the hotel and tickets are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service
         providers. Any passenger who chooses not to use or forfeit his/her booking is not entitled to any 
         payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.

   13. No refund will be made for wholly or partially unutilized meal coupons or transfers.

   14. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with
         Cathay Pacific or any other parties including third parties.

   15. Mileage accrual for flights depends on fare rules associated with the applicable fare and booking
         class used. There is no mileage accrual for the hotel.

   16. The fares detailed in the offer/promotion are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first
         served basis.  The limited number of seats for the subject fare allocated to a particular flight may be
         fully booked although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.
