Terms and Conditions

1. Valid only for members currently residing in the Philippines; residency is determined by member's
preferred mailing address as registered with Asia Miles.

    2. The offer is applicable to round-trip Cathay Pacific First, Business or Economy flights from Manila or
        Cebu to Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Auckland, Johannesburg, Amsterdam,
        Frankfurt, London, Paris, Rome, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver.

3. The offer is applicable to fare classes F, A (First Class), J, C, D, I (Business Class) Y,B,H,K,L,M and V
(Economy Class). Fare classes not listed are not eligible for this offer.

    4. To take part in the promotion, members must first register online at www.asiamiles.com. Only
        members who register before the first departing flight from Manila or Cebu, and travel
        round-trip within the promotion period will enjoy the Double Asia Miles. Registration period is until
        12 December 2009 only.

5. 1,000 Bonus Asia Miles is only applicable to newly enrolled members of Asia Miles

6. Travel must commence and be completed between 01 October and 15 December 2009.

7. Valid for itineraries with open jaw within the same country.

8. Itineraries with mixed cabin classes are also allowed.

9. The offer is valid only on flights operated by Cathay Pacific. Codeshare flights not operated by
Cathay Pacific are not eligible for Double Asia Miles.

10. There is no limit to the number of Double Asia Miles a member can earn during the promotion period.

11. Asia Miles will be credited to member's account four to six weeks after promotion ends.

12. Cathay Pacific Airways reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and
conditions at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
