Conditions
1. Valid for ticket issuance: 01April 2009 - 22 March 2010
2. Valid for departure from Manila from 01 April 2009 until 31 March 2010. Travel must be completed by
01 April 2010.
3. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-reroutable.
4. Minimum stay in Hong Kong is one (1) night. Not valid for same day return.
Payment
5. Full payment is required at least seven (7) working days before departure. Cathay Pacific
reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if full payment is not received
before the deadline.
6. No refund will be given if the hotel's added benefits and transfers between airport and hotel are not
utilized.
Hotel
7. All bookings must be made and finalized at least seven (7) working days prior to departure.
8. Last hotel check-in date is 31 March 2010. Last check-out date is 01 April 2010.
9. Passengers may choose to check-in at the hotel at any time during their stay in Hong Kong.
10. Added benefit(s) offered by the hotel can only be obtained by staying a certain minimum night
consecutively, if any.
11. Official check-in time is between 12 noon and 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is
approximately 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Request for early check-in and late check-out
should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of the request will be at the sole discretion
of the hotel.
12. Special requests, such as baby cot, room location, room type, particular facilities and particular view,
can be made on request-basis only. Such requests are not guaranteed and subject to the hotel
availability at the time of check-in.
Children
13. Child sharing room with one (1) adult must pay the twin-sharing adult hotel accommodation fare.
14. In compliance to legal requirements in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must be
accompanied by and stay with parents or guardian to check-in at the hotel.
General
15. Use of the hotel room and transfers are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective
service providers. Any passenger who chooses not to use or forfeit his/her booking of a hotel stay or
breakfast is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.
16. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with
Cathay Pacific or any other parties including third parties.
17. The fares detailed in the offer/promotion are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first
served basis. The limited number of seats for the subject fare allocated to a particular flight may be
fully booked although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.
18. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Other terms and conditions apply
Carrier's Responsibility
19. Cathay Pacific &/or their agents act as agent only to the transportation service and hotels and
shall not assume any responsibility for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule,
hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the passenger, whether by reason of defect in any
vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or housing the
passenger or in carrying out arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.
Cathay Pacific &/or their agents shall not assume responsibility in connection with any of the
aforementioned services or through acts of war, national disturbances or cause of nature. The
transportation companies & hotels shall be exempt from all liability with respect to any detention,
delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomsoever caused, and whatever kind
occurring on or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier of
conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or hotels.
