Terms and Conditions

1. Valid for tickets issued from now until 22 December 2009.

2. Valid for departure from Manila until 30 December 2009 (travel must be completed on
01 January 2010).

3. Rates are per person and does not include taxes.

4. Tickets are restricted to a minimum 2 days / maximum 14 days stay.

5. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-reroutable.

6. No change names, flights, hotels and dates permitted once the booking is confirmed and the tickets
are issued.

Hotel

    7. Child rates are available and & are for children sharing room with two adults - an extra bed may be
          provided for certain hotels. A child sharing room with only one adult must pay the applicable
          adult rate.

8. Maximum of two adults and one child allowed per room.

9. Passengers can choose to book the hotel anytime during their stay in Guangzhou subject to the
airfare terms and conditions but the hotel usage must be on a consecutive night basis.

   10. Check-in time for the hotel is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Request for early
         check-in and late check-out should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of the request
         will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.

11. Marco Polo/Asia Miles mileage accrual is not applicable for the hotel accommodation.

12. In compliance to legal requirements in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must be
accompanied by and stay with parents or guardian to check-in at the hotel.

Transfers

13. Transfers are not included in this package and shall be on the passenger's own arrangement.

General

   14. Use of the hotel room and transfers are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective
         service providers. Any passenger who chooses not to use or forfeit his/her booking of a hotel stay,
         tour or breakfast is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.

15. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with
Cathay Pacific or any other parties including third parties.

16. For cancellation of non-air element (eg. hotel accommodation) within 7 working days prior to the actual
departure, a cancellation fee of the first night accommodation will be charged per passenger.

17. Hotel and half day Guangzhou tour are refundable only if cancelled more than 7 working days prior
to the passenger's departure.

18. No refund is allowed for passengers who no-show under any circumstance.

   19. The fares detailed in the offer/promotion are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first
         served basis. The limited number of seats for the subject fare allocated to a particular flight may
         be fully booked although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.
