Transit Information

International: Proceed to our Interline Check-In Counter.

Domestic: Clear customs, immigration and quarantine.

At Narita Airport, proceed to Domestic Check-In Counter in Terminal 2 for JAL and associated airlines. For ANA and associated airlines, take free shuttle bus to South Wing, Terminal 1.

For Haneda Airport, take the limousine bus.

Customs Allowance

Others: 2ozs perfume. Goods up to the value of JPY200,000.

A Glance at Airport Facilities

All airport facilities are designed for wheelchair access.
The Business and Travel Center, open daily from 7am-9pm, is located at North End, 3rd Floor, Terminal 2. Two conference rooms available. Call 0476-34-8781 for further details.
Shower rooms and day rooms for departing passengers, open daily 7am–9pm, are located after the security and immigration on 3/F; and for arrival passengers, open daily 7am–9pm, are located on B1/F in Terminal 2.
The Kokusyukai Hospital Airport Clinic is located at Floor B1 (Central), Terminal 1. Open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-noon, 2-5pm. Call 0476-32-8877. The Nippon Medical University Airport Clinic is located at Floor B1, Terminal 2. Open daily from 9am-5pm. Emergency care is available round the clock. Tel: 0476-34-6119. The Ikeda Dental Clinic is located at Floor B1 (Central), Terminal 1. Open Monday-Friday 10am-1pm, 2pm-6pm. Call 0476-32-8753.
