 | Chris Pratt, CBE, is currently Chairman, joined John Swire & Sons Limited ("Swire") group in 1978 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong, Australia and Papua New Guinea. He is also Chairman of Swire Pacific Limited and John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, and a director of Swire Properties Limited. He served as Executive Director of Swire Pacific’s Trading and Industrial Division from 2000 to 2005.

 | Tony Tyler is currently Chief Executive. He joined the Swire group in 1977 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong, Australia, the Philippines, Canada, Japan, Italy and the United Kingdom. He has been a Director of the Company since 1996 and was appointed Director Corporate Development in 1996 and Chief Operating Officer in 2005. He is also Chairman of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited and Director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and Swire Pacific Limited. Mr Tyler will become Chairman of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Board of Governors in June 2009.

 | John Slosar is Chief Operating Officer. He joined Swire group in 1980 and has worked with the group in Hong Kong, the United States and Thailand. He was Managing Director of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited from January 1996 to June 1998 and Managing Director of Swire Pacific Limited’s Beverages Division from July 1998 to June 2007. He is also a Director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, Swire Pacific Limited, Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited and AHK Air Hong Kong Limited.

 | Ian Shiu has been Director Corporate Development since September 2008 with responsibility for the development of our network and helping to plan the long-term strategic direction of the airline. He joined Cathay Pacific in 1978 and has worked with the airline in a variety of positions in Hong Kong, London, Singapore and the Benelux region. Prior to taking up his current position, Mr Shiu held the position of General Manager Sales & Regions from August 1998 and General Manager Revenue Management from August 2001. Mr Shiu is also a Director of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited and AHK Air Hong Kong Limited.

 | Robert Atkinson has been Finance Director of Cathay Pacific since July 1997. He joined the Swire group in 1979 and in addition to Hong Kong, he has worked for the group in Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

 | Nick Rhodes has been Director Flight Operations since January 2003. He oversees all aspects of the airline's global flight operations. He has worked with the Group for more than 22 years, including five years in the Flight Operations Department as General Manager Aircrew.

 | James Barrington is currently Director Sales and Marketing. He joined Cathay Pacific in 1983 and has since held a variety of posts in the company. These include Country Manager for Malaysia and Brunei, Staff Manager for Outports, Manager for Passenger Product, Vice-President for Canada, and General Manager Cargo.

 | William Chau is currently Director Personnel. He first joined Cathay Pacific in October 1973 as a Cargo Officer, and has held a number of positions within the airline in the areas of cargo, airport services, and personnel.

 | Edward Nicol, became Director Information Management in January 2003.His responsibilities include overseeing the strategic positioning and delivery of the airline's information management and technology needs.He has previously held positions as CEO of Tenzing Communications,providers of airline inflight email and SMS services,and CEO of Cathay Pacific's Catering Division.He has worked with Cathay Pacific since 1975.

 | Rupert Hogg has been Director Cargo since September 2008 with responsibility for all aspects of the Cathay Pacific Group’s cargo business worldwide, including operations, marketing and sales. He was previously Managing Director of James Finlay Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of John Swire & Sons Ltd with extensive tea and horticultural interests in the U.K., East Africa, Sri Lanka and Mainland China. Mr Hogg joined John Swire & Sons in 1986. He worked with Cathay Pacific from 1988 to 1997 in various roles in Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand and India. Mr. Hogg is also a Director of AHK Air Hong Kong Limited and Cathay Pacific Services Limited.

 | Quince Chong is Director Corporate Affairs, overseeing the airline's activities in government relations, communications and environmental affairs. She joined Cathay Pacific in 1998 as Manager Corporate Communication, was appointed General Manager Inflight Services in August 2000 and became Director Service Delivery in July 2004. She is also a Director of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (HK) Ltd and Chairman of Vogue Laundry Service Ltd and Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd.

 | Ivan Chu has been Director Service Delivery since September 2008 and oversees all aspects of the airline’s service both on the ground and in the air. His previous position was General Manager Southwest Pacific based in Sydney, Australia. Mr Chu joined Cathay Pacific in 1984 and has worked with the Group in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia. Mr Chu is also Chairman of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited.

He joined Cathay Pacific's Engineering Department in 1992 and his previous positions include General Manager Engineering Commercial and General Manager Engineering Technical. Christopher is also a Director of the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd, Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd (HAESL) and Ground Support Engineering Ltd (GSEL). |
