Updates on Flights to and from Bangkok

Cathay Pacific flights to and from Bangkok are operating as normal. Some flights have been combined due to lower demand. Customers booked on affected flights will be rebooked on alternative flights and can check Manage Booking for the booking status.We are monitoring the situation closely and will issue updates on a regular basis. Customers are advised to exercise caution when travelling to Thailand.

Ticketing Guidelines
With immediate effect, rebooking charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide on/before 24 November with confirmed bookings involving Bangkok between 25 October and 7 December. Such requests must be made on/before 7 December and the revised travel date must be on/before 15 February 2012, with blackout period of 22 December 2011 to 3 January 2012 and 19 to 31 January 2012. There is no waiver on cancellation, refund or rerouting charges. For details, please refer to Special Ticketing Guidelines.
