Reservations	Must be made at least 1 day prior to departure
Ticketing	Must be completed within 72 hours after reservation is made. (For online booking, ticket is issued instantly.)
Child and Infant Fares	Children (2-12 years old) are charged 75% of applicable adult fare. Infants not occupying seat (under 2 years old) are charged 10% of applicable adult fare.
Minimum Stay	0 day

Asia Miles	Eligible to accrue 150% of mileage

Stopover	Once permitted at Taipei, Taichung or Kaohsiung (Free or charge). Taiwan domestic part is not included in the fare. *Flight to/from Haneda is not applicable to stopover at Taipei.
Booking Change	Permitted within validity for both inbound and outbound. (Free of charge) In case of changing departure date, adjustment of fare difference is required. *Booking change must be completed by departure of originaly booked flight.
Routing Change	Not permitted after ticket issuance.
Penalties - Cancellation	Cancellation penalty before departure: Charge JPY30,000 for adult, JPY22,500 for child and JPY3,000 for infant not occupying seat (under 2 years old). For no show: In addition to the above refund charge, JPY10,000 for adult, JPY7,500 for child and JPY1,000 for infant not occupying seat (under 2 years old) is to be charged.
Changes after Departure	Refund the difference between fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation with JPY30,000 as penalty. The whole journey fare including non-refundable amount can be used as credit to change to the higher changable fares. After being changed to the applicable fare, non-refundable amount will be deducted in case of refund.
Others	For Tokyo - Hong Kong round trip, ex-Haneda fare applies if itinerary includes to or from Haneda. For origin open jaw, the total of 1/2 of the respective departure city's fare applies. If itinerary includes Tokyo in the origin open jaw, ex-Haneda fare is used for calculation. Combination fare of 'F-Toku FLEX' and 'Biz-Toku FLEX' is applicable. Prevailing taxes will apply.
