Video and Audio Entertainment

Cathay Pacific's new AVOD (Audio/Video On Demand) system offers up to 100 movies, 350 TV programmes, 888 CDs and 22 radio channels to all passengers on the aircraft. Our new cabin designs with this enhanced inflight entertainment are being progressively introduced on our medium- and long-haul aircraft.

First and Business Class passengers can also enjoy AVOD service on all long-haul aircraft.

Personal TVs are available for everyone travelling on all other aircrafts with up to 26 video and 22 radio channels.

Multiple Languages

Cathay Pacific passengers come from many different Asian and Western cultures, so we offer audio-visual programmes in many languages. Movies are available with alternative soundtracks in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, French, Italian or German; TV programmes are broadcast in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Hindi respectively.
