Send Online Check-In Confirmation
Now you can opt to send your Online Check-In Confirmation to your mobile device via text (SMS) message and/or email after checking in online. By doing so, you can keep your itinerary on your mobile device and do not have to carry a paper printout anymore.
To print and collect your boarding pass at the airport, simply scan the barcode available on your mobile screen at our Self Check-In Kiosk.

Note:
- The mobile barcode is used to print your boarding pass at Self Check-In Kiosk or serve as an Online Check-In confirmation at Self Check-In Bag Drop Counter. At this stage, you are not allowed to proceed through security and board your flight using this barcode displayed on your mobile.
- Please note your mobile device must have internet browsing capability for retrieving our mobile confirmation, and that your mobile service provider does not block image downloads to your device.
- Passengers holding a ticket of certain fare types, such as Child/Infant; tickets requiring credit card verification or passengers having requested for special services, may be required to present in person at the counter before boarding pass can be issued to them. Such passengers will not see a barcode on their Online Check-In Confirmation.
- Cathay Pacific Airways cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or reliability of mobile phone text message or email confirmation sent to your ISP and are not liable for the reader at kiosks being able to read the barcode. Please make sure that you have subscribed for mobile internet access and text messaging and that your mobile device screen is able to display the barcode properly. In case of any difficulties, please approach any customer service officer for assistance.
