1. Who can subscribe to notiFLY Auto Messaging service? Members of The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles can now enjoy this service. All you need to do is register your Auto Messaging profile. You will then receive flight related notification whenever you fly with Cathay Pacific or Dragonair. To enjoy Auto Messaging, please remember to quote your membership number when you make your reservations. Non-members with a valid mobile phone number and/or email address stated in the booking or Manage My Booking will now automatically be enrolled to enjoy this service. |

2. Once I have registered for Auto Messaging, what do I need to do in order to receive Flight Paging and Pre-flight Reminder service? For Members, no further action is required except to remember and quote your membership number when you make your reservations for Cathay Pacific or Dragonair flights. You should update your member profile at The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles once you have changed your contact information, ie email address or mobile phone number. You can do so simply by visiting the respective website or call the Service Hotline. You need not go back to the Auto Messaging page to change your profile again. Non-members should remember to quote a valid mobile phone number and/or email address in the booking through your Travel Agents, Online Booking, Manage My Booking. We will now automatically enrol you to receive Pre-Flight Reminder email 48 hours prior to flight departure and notiFLY Flight Paging via SMS/email alert for flight delays, cancellations or diversions. |

3. Is this service available for all Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights? Yes, except code-sharing and joint venture flights operated by other airlines. |

4. How do I choose my preferred language for notiFLY messages and Pre-flight Reminder? Your preferred language is exactly the same as your "preferred written language" in your membership profile with The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles. If you haven't selected your preferred written language, we will automatically send you English notiFLY messages and Pre-flight Reminder. We will register non-members to receive English notiFLY messages and Pre-flight Reminders. |

5. Do I need to pay for this service? This service is provided free to our Marco Polo Club / Asia Miles members and non-members. Please note that some mobile phone operators may require you to subscribe to special services before you can receive any mobile phone text messages. If you are unsure, please check with your mobile phone operator. |

6. I haven’t registered for Auto Messaging. Why do I still receive a flight delay message for my flight? As a special service for all passengers, you will be notified of any delays (of more than 30 minutes) or cancellations of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights regardless of your notiFLY subscription. Members of The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles should remember to update their contacts in the member profile. Non-members should update the valid contacts in Manage My booking. |
