1. What is Mobile Check-In? Mobile Check-In allows you to check in using any mobile device with Internet browsing capability for Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and any eligible onward flights any time anywhere 48 hours up to 90 minutes prior to flight departure |

2. Who can use Mobile Check-In? Mobile Check-In is available to passengers holding eTickets issued by Cathay Pacific Airways or Dragonair and their companion passengers travelling under the same booking. Exceptions are passengers who:

3. What type of mobile device can access Mobile Check-In? Any mobile device equipped with internet browsing capability can access Mobile Check-In. Make sure that your mobile plan includes mobile internet browsing as well as text messaging if you want to receive Check-In Confirmation via SMS and/or email. |

9. Am I able to receive the Mobile Boarding Pass after Mobile Check-In? No, it is not yet available by Mobile Check-In. Mobile Boarding Pass is only an option for those passengers who checked in the selected routes on our full website. We will gradually enable this feature on mobile check-in as well. You can log in to Online Check-in to receive a Mobile Boarding Pass. |

10. Can the Mobile Check-In Confirmation serves as Boarding Pass? The Mobile Check-In Confirmation does not serve as Mobile Boarding Pass. You must collect your boarding pass before you proceed to Security and Immigration at the airport. |
