1. Can I change the details of my Flight Awards online? Currently, you are unable to change your redemption booking/Flight Award details online. However, simply contact The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles service centre, and we will gladly arrange it for you. |

2. Can I cancel my redemption booking online and if so, how will I be refunded? Currently, you are unable to cancel your redemption booking/Flight Awards online. However, you can contact The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles service centre to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that cancellation charges may apply. |
