1. What is eTicketing? eTickets - available on selected routes, are a convenient alternative to traditional paper tickets. After purchasing your ticket online, we will send you an email to confirm your flight details. This information is stored in our computers so that when you arrive at the airport, all you need to do is to present your passport and confirmation email at the check-in counter in exchange for a boarding pass. |

2. Do I need to reconfirm my ticket? There is no need to reconfirm your flight when you fly with us as well as our codesharing partners. However, if you are unable to show up for your flight, please call our reservations office and notify us in advance. If not, your onward booking(s) will be cancelled. |

3. How can I collect my SNCF train coupon? You can exchange your air ticket into SNCF train coupon at TGV Air Desk on SNCF TGV Station Level 2 before boarding the train. Remember to punch your train ticket at ticket punch machine before entering the platform, and check in 20 minutes prior to train departure. |

4. What should I do if I have lost my ticket? Should this happen, please contact our reservations office or your travel agent immediately. Why not trying using our eTicketing service next time? |

5. Can I revalidate an air ticket issued by another airline company? Yes. If air ticket is not issued by Cathay Pacific or Dragonair, on top of any charge due, a service fee of HKD300 per person per ticket for each transaction will be charged. |
