eTicket Receipt

1. Why do I need to provide my companion’s e-Ticket number in order to view his/her personal information?

For privacy and security reasons, your companion’s information is locked. To release, please provide the e-Ticket number to view or update your companion’s information.

2. How do I view my e-Ticket itinerary receipt?

You can view your e-Ticket itinerary receipt online at anytime through Manage My Booking. Your e-Ticket itinerary receipt is in PDF. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your itinerary receipt. You can download this software for free from Adobe.

You can also save your itinerary receipt on your computer for your own reference.

If you have logged in using your booking reference number, for privacy and security reasons, you will be asked to enter your e-Ticket number.
