1. What devices do I need to download the Timetable? For PDA version:
For PC version: For PDF version: You need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download it at Adobe's website. |

2. How often are the Downloadable Timetables updated? For PDA version, we update it weekly. For PC version, we update it monthly. For PDF version, we update it 3 times a year: Issue 1 in March for schedules from 28 Mar to 30 Jun, Issue 2 in June for schedules from Jul 1 to Oct 30, Issue 3 in Oct for schedules from Oct 31, to Mar 26 in the next calendar year. |

3. Can I do a partial download? We will be constantly adding new features to our Timetable. Hence, you need to download the whole installation file each time you update your version. |

4. Do you have a Mac version of the Downloadable Timetable? Currently, we only have PDA and PC versions for Downloadable Timetable. |

5. What is the difference between the Downloadable Timetable and the OAG Planner displayed within The Club section? The main difference is that once you have downloaded and installed our Timetable, you need not connect to the Internet to access flight schedules, airport maps as well as our worldwide contacts and lounge information. To ensure you can download our Timetable in a reasonable amount of time, we have only included a number of airlines while flight schedules from all airlines are included in the OAG Planner. |

6. What should I do if the "Timeout" error message appears during the download process? Please try again during non-peak hours, or contact your Internet Service Provider if this problem persists. |

7. What should I do if I am using a PDA with PalmOS5 and have problems downloading Cathay Pacific's channel? For Palm OS5 users, the channel size may triple the normal channel size for other PDA versions. Please adjust your maximum channel size for our channel by logging onto Avantgo's website. If your Flight Schedule's Schedule Preferences is 3 (all schedules), then you can set 700K as the channel size. If you select Preference 1 or 2, you may need to set up to 2000K for the channel size (depending on which city you have chosen). |

8. How do I view the PDF timetable on my computer? First, to view the timetable, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Having installed the Acrobat Reader, you can click on the PDF timetable link and the timetable will automatically be shown in a new internet browser window. Alternatively, you can download it to your computer – simply place your mouse over the above "Download" link, right click your mouse to pull out the menu and then select the option to save the file to your computer. Then open the file, you will be able to view the timetable. |

9. How can I print out selected schedules from the PDF timetable? Having opened the PDF timetable, you can either select "Print" from the menu bar's "File" option, or you can press the printer icon in the tool bar and select the pages that you want to print. When viewing the timetable on your computer, the page number is shown at the bottom of page. |
