Personal Itineraries Details

1. How many itineraries will I be able to view?

You can view up to 10 active advanced bookings at one time. However, you may not be able to view any cancelled bookings. Please contact The Club Service Centre or our eService Centre (Asia Miles members) if you'd like to know more about your bookings.

2. How are the flight sectors summarised in Personal Itineraries?

All sectors displayed are in order of flight departure dates (the flight departing on the earliest date will be displayed first).

3. Can I find the flying hours of a certain sector?

No. However, you can check the flying hours for a certain sector through Flight Schedules.

4. Is the "Distance in miles" shown below a certain sector equal to the number of Asia Miles that can be earned?

No, this only represents the actual journey distance for the route. You can refer to the Asia Miles website - Mileage Calculator for the equivalent of Asia Miles you can earn for a certain sector.

5. Why am I unable to find my special requests?

Currently, we can only display a maximum of 5 special requests. At this stage, we are unable to show non-standard special meals, infant's name, tour, hotel or rental car bookings. Please contact The Club Service Centre or our eService Centre (Asia Miles members) for further assistance.

6. Why am I unable to view my infant's name in my booking?

You are unable to do so if your infant does not occupy a seat (excluding baby bassinet).

7. Can I also view my itineraries with other airlines?

Yes, provided you made your booking through our reservations office. However, we can only show your sub-class booked. If you'd like to learn more about your booking class, please contact The Club Service Centre or our eService Centre (Asia Miles members).

8. Why am I unable to view my companions' bookings?

You will not be able to do so if you are not travelling together with your companions within the same itinerary, or your reservations are not under the same booking.

9. Can I change my tickets online through Personal Itineraries?

Currently, you are unable to change your tickets online. However, simply contact The Club Service Centre or our eService Centre (Asia Miles members), and we will arrange it for you.

10. Can I cancel my booking online through Personal Itineraries?

Currently you are unable to cancel your booking online, unless you purchased your tickets through Online Booking. Please note that cancellation charges may apply. You can also contact The Club Service Centre or our eService Centre (Asia Miles members) to make the necessary arrangements.

11. Can I check which terminal my flight departs from / arrives at?

No, you can only check the city and airport name where your flight originates from or flies to.

12. Do the times displayed represent the actual departure and arrival times for my flights?

No, all times shown are scheduled departure and arrival times. We recommend you check Arrivals and Departures closer to your flight date to obtain the most updated times.

13. What are the earliest and latest times for checking in online?

Online Check-In is available from 48 hours up to 90 minutes before the flight departure time.

14. Why am I unable to find my seat number for a certain sector?

You may not be able to find your seat number if your booking is not yet confirmed.

15. Can I view the stopover time of a certain sector?

No, but you can call our eService Centre for more details.

16. Why am I unable to check in online for a certain sector?

The following are some likely reasons:

  • It is not a Cathay Pacific sector
  • You need to wait for approximately 60 minutes before your latest booking is activated within our Online Check-In system. Please try again later.
  • Your travelling companion may have already checked in for you under the same booking

Yes, you can subscribe to notiFLY Auto Messaging if you have not yet enjoyed the convenience of this new service.

18. Why am I unable to subscribe to notiFLY Flight Paging for a certain sector?

The following are some likely reasons:

  • It is not a Cathay Pacific sector
  • You submitted your request more than 6 days ahead of your flight arrival / departure date

19. Can I view which movies will be shown on board in Personal Itineraries?

Yes, you can view features of the current month's inflight movies. However, movies shown on board may vary with different aircraft types or configurations.
