1. What happens if my baggage got delayed or damaged? Our liability for any loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. Please file a report with our Baggage Services Counter located at the Arrivals Hall prior to customs clearance in case of a baggage delay / damage. 2. Is it possible for me to track my delayed baggage after reporting to your staff? We enter the baggage details of all passengers into WorldTracer Tracing System. Hence, you can do baggage tracing online with your 10-character reference code. Click here if you wish to trace your baggage. |

3. How can I make a claim? A Baggage Claim Form is available for download. Check out our Baggage Information for details of what documents you need to include when you return the form to us. 4. What happens if my valuables in my checked baggage are lost? Except during international carriage as defined by the Warsaw or Montreal Conventions, we do not assume liability for any loss of, damage to or delay in the delivery of any valuable items contained in checked or cabin baggage. 5. Who should I contact if I left my possessions on the aircraft? Please contact our local Baggage Services staff or proceed to the Baggage Services Counter at the Arrivals Hall immediately if you' re still at the airport. Alternatively, call our local baggage contacts. |
