The Club Service Centre
The Club Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No matter where you are in the world, you can always reach us with matters relating to membership enquiries as well as reservation, redemption, and ticketing enquiries for travel on either Cathay Pacific, Dragonair or any of our partners.

The Club Service Desk
We have two service desks in the Departures Hall, Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport located at Aisle B (open daily from 7:00am to 11:45pm) and at Aisle D (open daily from 6:00am to 9:30pm).We can help you with a wide range of member services including:
- programme information
- mileage checking
- missing mileage credit - for Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights
- administration e.g. personal information changes
- redemption bookings
- redemption ticket issuance
- instant redemption (upgrades, extra baggage, lounge access) on Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights
