4. How do I check in using the kiosks? You can now check in on your own by the following steps:

5. How do I collect my boarding pass at the kiosk after I have checked in online? You can now print your boarding pass if you already have checked in online by scanning the bar code under CX Self-printed Online Check-In confirmation page. Your booking record will be retrieved then. |

6. What are the earliest and latest times that I can check in and collect my boarding pass? You can check in between 50 minutes to 48 hours prior to your flight departure. This applies to all Self Check-In Kiosks at airports in Hong Kong, Seoul, San Francisco and Vancouver. |

7. Are the kiosks in service 24 hours a day? Yes. |

8. Can I use the kiosk for all Cathay Pacific flights? Yes, except for codeshare flights when you need to check in with the respective operating carrier. For more details, please contact our reservations office for check-in arrangements. |

9. What languages are available on Self Check-In kiosks? The service is currently available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, French and German. |

10. Can I use the kiosk if I have baggage to check in? Yes, simply check in your baggage at our Self Check-In Bag Drop Counter, or any available counter, after using the kiosk. |

11. Where do I get assistance if problems arise while using the kiosk? Simply present the error slip printed from the kiosk to one of our Customer Services representatives. |
