2. Business Class: 21 days advanced purchase.
3. Fares are for travel from London Heathrow Airport.
4. Valid on all CX/KA operated flights.
5. The above displayed fares are valid for outbound travel in selected dates only. Economy Class: 18November - 10December 2009; 24December - 18March 2010, midweek departures only. Business Class: 18November 2009 - 30June 2010. For travel in other periods fares may differ.
6. Five days minimum stay/1 year maximum for Economy Class fare. Seven days minimum / 3 months maximum for Business Class.
7. Dates changes. Economy Class: outbound- Not Permitted.  Inbound - Permitted at £50. Business Class: permitted at £250 and must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
8. On changing the outbound travel date when permitted, if the itinerary results in a higher fare then difference applies along with the date change fee. If the itinerary results in a lower fare then the date change fee still applies and no refund will be made.
9. Name changes are not allowed.
10. Cancellations/Refunds: Q,N & S Class no refund, V & L Class GBP200 Cancellation fee. After departure or no show - No refund.
11. Fares are subject to change without prior notice.

13. The fares detailed in the offer/promotion are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first served basis. The limited number of seats for the subject fare allocated to a particular flight may be fully booked although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.
