UK Border Agency strike actions on 30 November

The British Airports Authority have informed Airlines that customers arriving at London Heathrow airport on 30 November may be affected due to the planned strike action by the UK Border Agency. Whilst we hope to operate a normal schedule, customers may experience prolonged delays at Immigration or even flight diversions.In order to avoid disruption and inconvenience upon arrival or departure on 30th November, we recommend that customers avoid travel on the day unless absolutely necessary. Re-booking fee waivers will be available for flights arriving or departing London on 30th November. The details of these waivers can be found at ticketing guidelines.
Customers are also advised to enter their contact details in Manage Booking to ensure they receive the latest flight updates via SMS/email and to check flight status before departing for the airport.
