China-Britain Business Council

China-Britain Business Council's (CBBC) objective is to assist any British company or organisation to do business in China. In this it co-operates closely with the private sector and trade associations, including UK Trade & Investment; the British Embassy and Consulate Generals in China; the British Chamber of Commerce in China; and the devolved administrations and Regional Development Agencies in the UK. It is recognised at the highest levels of the Chinese government. It hosts business events for all senior Chinese leaders visiting UK.

CBBC delivers its services through a network of seven offices in the UK and 11 Chinese cities. The main China office is in the British Centre in Beijing where it shares space with the British Chamber of Commerce. The other Chinese cities CBBC operates in are Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chengdu, Qingdao, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Guangzhou and Chongqing.

Trade Development Council of Hong Kong

The Trade Development Council of Hong Kong works with Hong Kong-based and overseas companies, of all nationalities, assisting them in developing their business in the region.

An essential part of this role is to promote the value of Hong Kong as a business centre for China and the Asia region to international firms.

Their global network of offices reaches out to overseas firms, encouraging them to source, sell or manufacture using Hong Kong partners and services.
