Manage My Booking is your complete personal travel plan designed to help you manage your itinerary and ensure you have all the information at hand to prepare you for an enjoyable trip.



Manage My Booking allows you to:

• View your Cathay Pacific and Dragonair booking details including any special requests, seats, etc. anytime, anywhere
• Update your personal and travel document details
• Select your own seat on an interactive seat map
• Select your special meal up to 24 hours before departure
• View your booking reminders, relevant travel advisories, airport, inflight and destination information
• Save it to your calendar to remind you of your travel
• View or print your eTicket
• Check in for your flight 48 hours before departure
• Change travel dates and flights.

Retrieving your booking is easy

• Members of The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles: Simply log in with your membership number and PIN. Up to 10 active confirmed and waitlisted flight bookings on Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and other carrier sectors (if booked via Cathay Pacific) will be listed.
• Non-members: Simply provide your name and booking reference number or e-Ticket Number to retrieve your bookings.

Updating your information is quick and simple:

• Select your flight sector
• Select the passenger
• Update the information

Please note, for Privacy and Security reasons, you will be enquired of your e-Ticket number for validation, so keep that handy.

After log in, here are some of the features designed for your convenience, comfort and security:

Your Flight Itinerary will display:

• Departure / arrival time, flight number, class booked and embarkation / destination airport of your flights
• Companion names (if under the same booking) and seat number
• Mileage earned

My Details:
Allows you to

• Enter or edit your contact details to ensure you receive all booking and flight changes
• Enter or edit your passport or travel document information to speed through check-in
• Add or edit frequent flyer information
• View or print your e-Ticket receipt

Service Requests:

• Allows you to select and confirm a seat in advance
• Allows you to select your special meal
• Gives you comfort of knowing the status of
  • Special Assistance/Service requested
  • Seat requested

At the Airport:

• Offers you airport information, lounge and check-in information

On Board:

• Prepares you for your inflight experience with entertainment, shopping and healthy flying

Travel Help:
Prepares you for your flight by providing you with:

• Travel alerts and advisories based on your itineraries
• Links to Baggage Information, Visa, etc.

Change Booking Online:

• Allows you to change/amend your booking online with new travel date and time, itinerary, and flights.
