1. What is Personal Itineraries and what kind of services does it offer?

Personal Itineraries allows Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles members to view your latest travel itineraries. Personal Itineraries offers the following services:

• Lists up to 10 active confirmed and waitlisted flight bookings on Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and other carrier sectors (if booked via Cathay Pacific)
• Shows departure / arrival time, flight number, class booked and embarkation / destination airport of your flights
• Displays companion names (if under the same booking), seat booked, standard special meals or other requests, aircraft type and distance in actual miles
• Provides links to notiFLY Flight Paging (flights departing within 7 days) and Online Check-In (flights departing within 48 hours)

All Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles members can enjoy this service.

3. How can I access Personal Itineraries?

Marco Polo Club members: simply choose "Personal Itineraries" when you log in, or click on "Personal Itineraries" on your Personal Home Page.

Asia Miles members: simply log onto "Retrieve Your Booking" at cathaypacific.com, using your Asia Miles membership number and password.

4. Is the information I receive up-to-date?

Yes, the itineraries available in Personal Itineraries are in real time. Please remember to quote your membership number when you make your reservation. However, Asia Miles members are unable to retrieve your bookings made on or before 24 March 2002 due to technical constraints.
