1. How can I shop in CXcitement? Shopping at CXcitement cannot be easier. Just follow the step-by-step shopping procedures and click the "Purchase" button on the Check Out page when you have completed your purchase. Your order will be sent to us directly. |

2. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not? Our appointed handling agent, SmartPack International Pty Ltd, will confirm receipt of your order by email within 3 working days after your order submission. |

3. When can I expect to receive my ordered goods? Deliveries are sent out by SmartPack International Pty Ltd. You may expect delivery to take 5 days within Hong Kong, and 10 days for overseas shipments to major cities, starting from the date of order. Our appointed handling agent, SmartPack International Pty Ltd, will send you an email and provide you full shipment details. |

4. When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged upon dispatchment of your order. |

5. Can I return my order? How can I get a refund? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it directly to SmartPack International Pty Ltd, our appointed handling agent, for a replacement of the same product or refund within 7 days of receipt in original packaging, together with the reason of your return.
