Pre-flight Reminder

1. Why did I receive two pre-flight reminder within 48 hours? We will send you a pre-flight reminder for each flight segment. Hence, if you have two flight segments within 48 hours under the same booking, you will receive. |

2. The pre-flight reminder does not show all of my flights. Why? Only Cathay Pacific and Dragonair operated flights that are departing within the next 48 hours (under same reservation) will be shown. Code-sharing and joint venture flights operated by other airlines will not be shown. |

3. If I make a reservation within 48 hours of departure, will I still receive Pre-flight Reminder service? No, we can only send out pre-flight reminder for reservations made at least 48 hours before scheduled departure time. |

4. If I cancel my booking within 48 hours of departure, will I still receive Pre-flight Reminder service? Yes, since pre-flight reminder are sent 48 hours before scheduled departure time. |
