'Visit Guangzhou Now' travel package from just AED 2790

1. THE PROMOTION

1. Sales Period : Now -  23 December 2009
2. Travel Period : Now  - 30 December 2009 and whole journey must be complete by 01 January 2010.
3. Package price entitles the passenger to : 
   • Return Economy Class ticket Dubai – Hong Kong – Guangzhou - Hong Kong - Dubai
   • 2 or 3 or 4 nights of hotel accommodations with daily breakfast in designated hotel in Guangzhou (Package A - C) OR
   • 2 or 3 or 4 nights of hotel accommodations with daily breakfast in designated hotel in Guangzhou plus Half Day Guangzhou Tour ( Package D - F ) which includes:
     • Round Trip hotel transfer
     • English guided service
     • Entrance fees to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, Five Rams Statue, Chan's Clan Academy, Visit Handicraft Store.
4. Booking Class: S in Economy, I in Business
5. Business Class Supplement available: AED 5000
6. Service Fee, Credit Card charges, Taxes and Surcharges are not included in above price and will be charged extra
7. All offers are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
8. All bookings must be made AT LEAST 7 working  days (working day excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) before commencement of the journey. Hotel bookings must be confirmed before commencement of journey. No new hotel bookings or change requests will be entertained once the journey has commenced.
9. Last hotel check-out date is 01 January 2010.

2. ELIGIBILITY

1. Valid for Cathay Pacific or Dragonair operated flights only.
2. Child fares are only eligible when they occupy the same room with 2 adults.
3. Child sharing with 1 adult must pay twin share adult fares.
4. Booking must be made under the same PNR. Ticket must be on C/KA ticket stock.
5. Packages are non-endorsable and non-reroutable
6. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and valid on CX / KA operated flights only.
7. Travel date change (if allowed) will be subject to the term and conditions of the fare.
8. Travel date change is allowed within ticket validity (as long not involve hotel booking).
9. Correction and change name is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED before and after ticket issuance.

10. Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds

    The following charges will be applied in the event of any amendment or cancellation prior to arrival:-

    Timing of amendment or cancellation	Amendment or Cancellation charge
    Within 4-7 working days	First night’s hotel accommodation cost + AED 200
    Within 1 to 4 working days* before arrival date at the hotel	First night’s hotel accommodation cost plus any cancellation charges levied by the service provider + AED 200
    Within 24HRS or No-show	No Refund

11. No partial refund for unutilized breakfast, hotel room night and tour.
12. Mileage accrual for flights depends on fare rules associated with the applicable fare and booking class. There is no mileage accrual for hotel.

3.GENERAL

1. Passengers are to check-in at the hotel without vouchers.
2. Check-in time for hotel is 14:00 (2 p.m.) and check-out time is 12:00 (noon). Request for early check-in and late check-out should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of such request will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
3. Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by and stay with parents or guardian to check-in at hotel; otherwise, the hotel offer will be forfeited.
4. Day tour operated by GrayLine Tours of HK Ltd and run by private car. Half Day Guangzhou Tour operates daily afternoon with approximately 4 hours.
5. Hotel usage must be on consecutive night basis. Open Jaw is not supported by VJ.
6. Use of hotel room and other added value items (if any) mentioned above is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Any passenger who chooses not to use or being forfeited his/her booking of a hotel stay is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.
7. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with Cathay Pacific/Dragonair or any other parties including any third parties.
